Duties Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and assist with menu selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Jonas Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items like specialty cocktails, wines, or desserts to increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety guidelines Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address guest requests proactively Qualifications Prior food service or restaurant experience, especially in fine dining settings Familiarity with POS systems like Jonas Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse situations gracefully Culinary experience or food industry background is a plus to better understand menu items and food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where guest satisfaction is our top priority!
