Excellent customer service required Previous server or food service experience preferred Ability to read, write and follow written and verbal instructions required Ability to work independently or as a team requiredExpectations and Responsibilities:
Prepare dining areas for meals; this may include setting tables with dinnerware and decoration. Serve accurate and attractive meals in a timely manner. Ensure proper food temperature when serving. Communicate with and respond to customer meal requests. Obtain meal orders. Monitor and maintain proper levels of supplies and food items in work areas and dining rooms. May observe and report changes in residents dining habits to appropriate personnel in a timely manner. Maintain adequate cleanliness of dining services equipment and work area.
