You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests have a memorable visit. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining areas, and service stations. Assist with food preparation as needed in the kitchen. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food. Manage time effectively to ensure all tables receive attention throughout their meal. Experience Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred; must have at least 2 years of experience. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive guest relations. RAMP Certification is a plus!
