Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server Team Member, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this role, you'll be the friendly face that guides guests through their visit, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels valued and satisfied. Your culinary knowledge, beverage expertise, and exceptional customer service will be key to delivering a top-tier experience in a lively, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash safely and responsibly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and beverage stations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and handling cash accurately Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service standards Commitment to food safety, sanitation practices, and responsible alcohol service Culinary experience or food industry background is desirable but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
