Banquet Server Responsibilities Prepare and set up room for event function Engage with our guests to ensure their dining experience exceeds their expectation Being attentive to the guests needs and requests Making the guest feel welcome and appreciated Finding ways to create a memorable culinary event Checking and maintains proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift Greeting guests in a friendly and courteous manner Communicate menu item ingredients, being knowledgeable about food allergens Serving food and beverages Replenishes beverages, frequently checking back with guest to inquire about satisfaction Assist with cleaning up Qualifications Previous experience in a dining restaurant required Good communication and interpersonal skills required Must be available to work evenings and weekends
