Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system via handheld Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while ensuring guests' preferences are met with personalized recommendations Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Clear tables efficiently by bussing and resetting for new guests, maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments via POS system, and manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity Be knowledgeable about menu items and confidently answer guests' questions regarding ingredients, preparation, and menu options. Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience Support overall restaurant operations by collaborating with team members to uphold sanitation standards and deliver outstanding customer service Experience Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is required Familiarity with POS system, such as SpotOn, is advantageous Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Experience in food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends in a lively and fast-paced restaurant Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences!
