We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is key to creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly with a warm and welcoming attitude Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently Escort guests to tables and provide menus Maintain clear communication with servers and management regarding table status Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries Ensure the host stand and entrance area remain clean and organized Monitor dining room flow to optimize seating and guest experience

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to remain calm under pressure Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required

Work Environment:

Fast-paced restaurant setting Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods
