Overview The Mulberry is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as a Server. Here at The Mulberry, it is our goal to provide exceptional service to every guest that walks through the door. Server Duties Greet guests at table with warmth and enthusiasm Understand the technical aspects of food and beverage service Record orders into Toast POS accurately and in a timely manner Deliver drinks (using a tray) to guests Provide setup, breakdown, and service for large parties High-quality table maintenance and attention to detail Meet all needs of the guests while maintaining positive body language Qualifications Prior experience in a restaurant, bar, or hotel setting is preferred Proficiency with Toast POS or similar Point of Sale systems is a plus Proficiency in alcohol knowledge (liquor, beer, wine) is required Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and guest relations skills Willingness to help team members as needed
