POSITION SUMMARY

Almyra Restaurant by The Estia Group is now hiring experienced Servers to join our opening team! As a Server , you have a genuine passion for hospitality. You will be responsible for leading the service team through all guest interactions at the table and creating memorable guest experiences.

What the position is:

Anticipate guest needs and ensure constant communication with management, your colleagues, and the kitchen during service. Follow steps of service with efficiency and a sense of urgency. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout the restaurant at all times. Eager to learn and grow. Demonstrate expertise of all food and beverage menu items. Be able to work well as a team and foster a supportive team environment What we look for: Available to work weekends 2+ years' experience in a guest-facing restaurant role preferred English fluency Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs Positive team-first attitude Commitment to education and learning
