Morgantown Diner is looking for a friendly, dependable Server to join our team. We're seeking someone who enjoys working with people, provides attentive service, and can stay organized during a busy breakfast, lunch, or dinner shift.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, efficient service. Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system. Answer menu questions and share daily specials. Serve food and beverages, check on guests, and keep drinks refilled. Communicate with the kitchen about special requests and order concerns. Process payments accurately. Keep tables and server stations clean, stocked, and organized. Complete assigned sidework and opening and closing duties. Work with hosts, bussers, and fellow servers to keep service running smoothly. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures. What we're looking for: Previous serving experience preferred; diner experience is a plus. A welcoming attitude and strong customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tables while paying attention to each guest. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Strong communication and teamwork. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely carry food and beverage trays. Availability for weekend and holiday shifts.
