Server at Guy Fieri's Mt. Pocono Kitchen Guy Fieri's Mt. Pocono Kitchen in Mount Airy Casino is interviewing candidates for Server positions. The main responsibility for this position is to deliver food to guests in a friendly, professional & knowledgeable manner.

Key Requirements:

Experience in full service three meal period restaurant is desired Friendly demeanor A positive attitude in order to create an authentic, friendly, enthusiastic, professional environment A dedication to teamwork Flexible schedule Must be able to communicate and comprehend instructions in English Ability to work well under pressure, be professional, efficient, detail-oriented, and courteous. Ability to consistently smile, make eye contact and provide exceptional customer service Ability to greet tables, accurately take and confim orders, suggestively sell food items to compliment guest experience, use POS, prioritize work, deliver food, close checks and handle cash/credit card procedures Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities:

Knowledge of all the ingredient details of every dish on the menu Delivering food to guest quickly and efficiently while providing excellent customer service Clear professional communication with the kitchen and front of house teams Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment Accurately take and place guest orders in POS Handle cash, credit and comp transactions Open, close and settle all forms of payment • You must be legal to work in the United States.
