As a Server, you'll be responsible for taking orders accurately, providing food and beverage recommendations, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements or reservations using OpenTable or similar reservation systems. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales by suggesting popular dishes, drinks, or specials. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar areas, and service stations through bussing and sanitation practices. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues swiftly, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Assist with food handling, preparation support in the kitchen when needed, and support other team members during busy periods. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during cashiering duties while maintaining a friendly attitude. Support sanitation standards by following proper food safety protocols and hygiene practices at all times. Experience Prior experience working as a Server in a restaurant or food service environment is highly preferred. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Knowledge of fine dining service standards or nightclub hospitality is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced settings while maintaining high-quality service. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations and teamwork. Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation procedures relevant to the food industry. Previous host/hostess experience or serving roles that involved upselling or guest engagement will be considered beneficial.
