Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Enter orders into the POS system and process payments
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery
• Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash register
• Adhere to sanitation and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations effectively
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
• Familiarity with using a cash register or POS system is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with kitchen staff
