Job Description
- Job Overview
- We are seeking a dedicated Food Runner to join our team. The Food Runner will assist in the efficient running of the restaurant by delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner.
- Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders promptly to customers while hot
- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
- Assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' needs promptly
- Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Aloha POS
- Ability to handle guest relations professionally
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is a plus
- Proficient in phone etiquette and assisting guests with inquiries
