Responsibilities Safely transport food from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including plating and garnishing to uphold quality standards. Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, resetting them for new diners. Support servers by bussing tables, refilling beverages, and handling guest requests efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area, including dishwashing and food handling responsibilities. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders. Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling procedures and sanitation protocols. Requirements Previous experience in food service, or hospitality roles is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly throughout the restaurant. Excellent communication skills with a friendly, guest-focused attitude.
