Please independently verify any critical information before relying on it. Description Spring Mill Pointe is now hiring part-time Waitstaff/Servers to join our dedicated dining team! As a member of our waitstaff, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming dining experience for our residents and their guests. Your responsibilities will include setting up, cleaning, and resetting the dining room, taking menu orders, and serving meals in a timely and courteous manner. Providing exceptional customer service is at the heart of this role. Are you passionate about hospitality and enjoy making someone's day better? Part Time Shifts:
11a-7p or 3:30p-7pm Availability that might include evenings, weekends, & holidays $15.00-$16.00 per hour
What You'll Do:
Greet and serve residents and guests in a friendly, timely, and respectful manner Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Set up, clean, and reset dining areas before and after meals Maintain a clean and organized dining environment Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service and resident satisfaction

Experience in customer service Previous food service, fast food, or restaurant experience Experience working with seniors (a plus!) Food Handler's Permit or SERV Safe Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain) What's in it for you?
