Primary responsibilities include preparing orders, providing fast and friendly customer service, taking food and drink orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining the cleanliness standards of the restaurant and dining area. Since you will be working in a fast-paced environment, you must be organized, efficient and have excellent communication skills. Ultimately, you should be friendly to customers and have a passion for the restaurant business.

Responsibilities:

Present items to customers accurately and efficiently. Answer questions or resolve any issues that may arise. Take and deliver food and beverages. Greet customers upon arrival and check in with them periodically during their stay. Serve water glasses and place orders for additional items. Take orders accurately, perform table side service, such as preparing drinks or pouring wine . Check in on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness of dining area (i.e. remove empty plates/glasses, wipe tables etc.). Assist management in recruitment and retention efforts. Ensure compliance with health guidelines by adhering to safe food handling practices.
