Overview:

We are seeking a Front House server to join our team at or restaurant. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Duties:

• Greet customers as they enter the restaurant and provide friendly service
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
• Handle cash & credit transactions with precision
• Ensuring food orders are correct and look presentable
• Maintain a clean and organized front-end area
• Performing shift duties; such as rolling silverware, restocking, and pre-bussing tables

Requirements:

• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively at a fast pace
• Experience in customer service/ food service is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in language proficiency is a plus
• Organizational skills to keep track of customer orders and store promotions
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
