Family owned and operated, we have spent nearly four decades building a restaurant centered around warm hospitality, thoughtful food, serious wine, and genuine relationships with our guests and staff alike. We are currently seeking a professional, hospitality-driven Lead Server to join our front-of-house team. The position is ideal for someone who takes pride in service, thrives in a high-paced dining room, enjoys mentoring others, and understands that great hospitality is equal parts precision, warmth, and presence. Our dining rooms blend the energy of a neighborhood restaurant with the standards of a refined wine-focused establishment. We are looking for someone who can confidently lead a floor, communicate, clearly with both guests and staff, and help set the tone for service each shift. What we're looking for:
  • Strong food, wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge
  • or a genuine desire to continue learning.
  • A calm, composed, solutions-oriented presence under pressure.
  • Professionalism, punctuality, and accountability. Natural leadership qualities and the ability to help guide service flow.
  • Experience in high-volume and/or polished casual upscale dining preferred.
  • Someone who values hospitality as a craft, not just a transaction.
Position Details:
  • Approximately 32-35 hours per week
  • Sundays off
  • Most Mondays off, aside from approximately 2 hours on the last Monday of each month for inventory help.
  • Estimated annual earnings of approximately $50,000
  • 55,000 in declared credit card tips, in addition to cash tips.
  • Consistent scheduling and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilies:
  • Lead by example on the dining room floor.
  • Deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and gracious guest service.
  • Assist with service organization and team communication during shifts.
  • Support newer staff members and help maintain service standards.
  • Maintain strong menu and beverage knowledge.
  • Help create an environment where guests feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated.
