Our kitchen celebrates modern, eclectic Key Responsibilities Creating a welcoming environment and delivering service that anticipates guest needs before they are voiced A proactive "team-first" attitude, assisting colleagues across the floor to ensure the restaurant's collective success Ability to master the menu and beverage program, offering confident recommendations and answering guest inquiries with ease Ability to multitask and maintain a professional, calm demeanor during high-volume service periods Accuracy in order-taking, coursing, and delivery to ensure a seamless dining experience. Ability to remain on your feet for the duration of a shift, including walking, lifting, and carrying trays or equipment as needed Proficiency in POS systems, handling payments and cash reconciliation
