The Club surrounds one of the largest private lakes in the Pennsylvania Mountains and is recognized as one of the leading vacation communities in the country. Facilities are spread out over 3,000 acres and include a 9 hole USGA rated golf course, 18 soft surface tennis courts, 2 outdoor swimming pools, 56,000 square feet community center, 3 lakes, 3 ponds, 2 maintenance complexes, and an administrative office. Position Summary Serve as reinforcement and provide assistance to the wait-staff by assuring that food is promptly and efficiently delivered guest tables
Key Responsibilities:
Provide members and guests with the highest quality service Transfer food in a manner that retains its integrity Set up stations and perform side work duties Take orders and instructions from kitchen staff Transfer food in a manner that retains its integrity Participate in the sanitation and upkeep of the Clubhouse Communicate with supervisor any complaints and compliments Provide menus, specials and point of sale information Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Perform opening and closing side work atmosphere Arrive at scheduled shift on time and in proper uniform Attend all mandatory staff meetings and training sessions Promote teamwork and a positive work atmosphere Adhere to the rules of the Club as defined in the employee handbook Assist in the preparation of banquet and buffet functions Complete plates for presentation to members
Qualifications:
Excellent personal presentation and verbal skills Able to complete Bus Person training class and satisfy testing standards Flexible schedule to satisfy the demands of the Club and Banquet operations Ability to work as a team player in an effort to maximize Club and guest dining experience
