Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team in providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

SHIFTS ARE 6AM-2PM OR 2PM-9PM

Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
• Upsell additional products when appropriate

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred
• Knowledge of food industry practices and guest services
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently
• Basic math skills for order taking and bill calculation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
