In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your culinary knowledge, beverage expertise, and sales skills will help create memorable moments for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system Serve food and drinks promptly Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations; assist with bussing tables and food preparation when needed Build positive guest relations by anticipating needs, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Knowledge of POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and enthusiastically Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately Food safety certification or knowledge of sanitation practices is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences!
