Servers will interact with Club Members and guests in a courteous and professional manner, evaluate their needs, make recommendations, and try to create positive, memorable guest experiences. As a team member, servers will be punctual and reliable, and work with all kitchen staff, bartenders, and board members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Taking Customer Orders:

Servers will accurately and promptly take food and beverage orders, correctly using the POS system. Understand and communicate what's on the menu, answering questions customers might have, and making recommendations on menu selections to customers if necessary. Take special note of food allergies or preferences, and be able to communicate that clearly to kitchen staff.

Delivering Customer Orders:

Accurately and promptly deliver food to customers, making sure that what comes out of the kitchen is correct and appealing before taking it to the table. Periodically check in with customers to make sure everything is going well with their meal, being attentive, and responding to additional requests as needed. Respond quickly to issues customers have, getting management involved if necessary. Maintaining the

Dining Room & Server Station:

Keep serving stations stocked with ice, soda, dressings, and sauces. Keep the dining area clean and prepared for new guests.

Shift Prep:

At the beginning of the shift servers assess inventory and cleanliness of the server station and dining area. Servers may also help with basic food prep as needed. At the end of the shift, servers ensure the dining room section and server station are cleaned, roll silverware, restock condiments on the table, etc.

Drawer Accountability:

Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, honestly, and promptly and operate the POS system correctly. Count the drawer at the beginning of each shift and balance the drawer at the end of the shift to match drink/food sales.

Health Compliance:

Know and comply with all applicable food service safety regulations and best practices.

Additional Responsibilities:
