Position Overview The Server is an ambassador of exceptional hospitality, responsible for delivering a refined and memorable dining experience. This role requires polished service skills, deep menu knowledge, and the ability to anticipate guest needs with elegance and discretion. The ideal candidate presents with confidence, professionalism, and genuine warmth.
Key Responsibilities Provide Elevated Guest Service:
Offer attentive, personalized, and unobtrusive service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
Menu Expertise:
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, wine pairings, and daily specials.
Fine-Dining Standards:
Execute service steps flawlessly—setting tables with precision, presenting dishes descriptively, maintaining proper pacing, and ensuring synchronized delivery.
Anticipate Needs:
Observe guests' cues, replenish beverages discreetly, and proactively address requests before they arise.
Maintain Ambience:
Support the overall atmosphere through professional demeanor, polished appearance, and attention to detail in table presentation and dining-room cleanliness.
Team Collaboration:
Work in harmony with hosts, bartenders, runners, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow.
Handle Payments:
Process bills and transactions accurately and discreetly. Adhere to
Protocols:
Follow safety, sanitation, and house service standards at all times. Qualifications Previous fine-dining or luxury hospitality experience preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and culinary terminology (or willingness to train). Grace under pressure and refined problem-solving skills. Professional appearance and adherence to dress code. Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays with poise. Personal Attributes Polished, gracious, and guest-focused demeanor. High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of hospitality.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$2.85 - $7.25 per hour
