Radnor Valley Country Club is seeking professional, polished, and service-driven Banquet Servers to provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests during private events, weddings, member functions, and special occasions. The ideal candidate is attentive, team-focused, and committed to delivering a high-quality guest experience. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet rooms according to event orders (tables, linens, place settings, décor, buffet stations, etc.)
• Provide attentive food and beverage service to guests in a timely and courteous manner
• Carry trays, serve plated meals, and clear tables efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after events
• Assist with breakdown and proper storage of equipment and supplies
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth event execution
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Provide exceptional hospitality and respond promptly to guest needs

Qualifications:

• Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedule
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry trays up to 30-40 lbs

Preferred Education, Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
