Job Description
Radnor Valley Country Club is seeking professional, polished, and service-driven Banquet Servers to provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests during private events, weddings, member functions, and special occasions. The ideal candidate is attentive, team-focused, and committed to delivering a high-quality guest experience. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet rooms according to event orders (tables, linens, place settings, décor, buffet stations, etc.)
- Provide attentive food and beverage service to guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Carry trays, serve plated meals, and clear tables efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after events
- Assist with breakdown and proper storage of equipment and supplies
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth event execution
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Provide exceptional hospitality and respond promptly to guest needs
Qualifications:
- Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedule
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry trays up to 30-40 lbs
Preferred Education, Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
