Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns professionally and promptly Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus Experience in fine dining environments or nightclubs enhances your ability to excel in fast-paced settings Knowledge of wine service, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage sales techniques is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel at home!
