Responsibilities Safely transport prepared food from the kitchen to dining areas, ensuring timely delivery and presentation standards are met Assist servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting environment Handle dishwashing duties with precision, ensuring all cookware, utensils, glassware, and dinnerware are sanitized according to food safety standards Support kitchen staff by organizing and storing clean dishes, utensils, and supplies in designated areas Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate service flow and address any immediate needs or issues Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station and surrounding areas, adhering to health regulations and safety protocols Contribute positively to team efforts by demonstrating excellent communication skills and a guest-focused attitude Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards ensures proper sanitation practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing when applicable Experience with banquet service, bussing, or catering settings is a plus for versatile candidates Strong communication skills facilitate effective teamwork and guest interactions Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Kitchen experience or culinary background supports understanding of food preparation and service flow Hospitality experience, including hotel or guest services roles, contributes to delivering exceptional customer experiences This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
