Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and attentive Servers and Bartenders to join our team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, beverage and menu knowledge, and efficient customer service. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and assist with menu selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Offer knowledgeable recommendations on wine, spirits, cocktails, and food pairings to elevate guest satisfaction Ensure food safety protocols are followed during food handling, preparation assistance, and serving processes Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse needs effectively Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent time management skills to manage multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing tabs Join us to be part of a lively team that values enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
