We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch service in the warm and welcoming atmosphere of our historic hotel. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that they have an enjoyable dining experience. As a Server, you will take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus in a friendly manner. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Operate POS system (MICROS experience is a plus) and handle payments Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring high standards of presentation. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining areas. Buss tables quickly and efficiently to prepare for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen and fellow team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to guests. Assist with side work and opening/closing duties Skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous food service experience preferred but not required. Friendly, professional demeanor Basic math and cash-handling skills Must be dependable and punctual Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join our team as a Server where your passion for hospitality will shine!
