Part-Time Server (PM Shift) Ashton Commons Senior Living Ashton Commons Senior Living is seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our dining services team as Part-Time Servers on our PM Shift . This is an excellent opportunity for students, individuals seeking supplemental income, or anyone looking for flexible evening hours in a rewarding senior living environment. Schedule Part-Time Evening/PM Shift Weekend and holiday availability may be required Position Summary As a Server, you will provide exceptional dining service to our residents while helping create a warm, welcoming, and enjoyable mealtime experience. Successful candidates enjoy working with seniors, have a positive attitude, and take pride in providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner Take meal orders and serve food and beverages accurately Assist residents with menu selections as needed Set and clear dining room tables before and after meal service Refill beverages and respond promptly to resident requests Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining room Assist with meal preparation tasks and dining room setup as assigned Follow all food safety and infection control guidelines Work collaboratively with the culinary and dining services team Qualifications Previous serving, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, patient, and service-oriented attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand, walk, bend, and carry trays throughout the shift
