We are not a traditional restaurant, and this is not a traditional serving position. Shooters combines a full-service restaurant and bar with climate-controlled Toptracer golf bays, indoor simulators, an outdoor patio, private parties, live events, and more. As a server at Shooters Golf, you will do more than take food and drink orders. You will help set the tone for each guest's entire visit. Whether they are here for a round of golf, dinner with family, drinks with friends, a company outing, or a special event, your job is to make sure they feel welcomed, taken care of, and excited to come back. Shooters Golf is part of the locally owned North Park Lounge Restaurant & Entertainment Group. We are a family-run business, not a corporate restaurant chain. We will teach you what you need to know about our bays, games, and facility. What You'll Do Welcome guests and help set the tone for a fun, memorable visit Provide attentive food and beverage service in our restaurant, bar areas, patio, and golf bays Learn why guests are visiting and recommend food, drinks, or golf options that fit their experience Take orders quickly and accurately and enter them into our SpotOn POS system Deliver food and beverages throughout the venue while managing multiple tables and bays Check in with guests, refill drinks, clear tables, and make sure they have what they need throughout their visit Help guests understand how the golf bays work and answer basic questions about the Shooters experience Use thoughtful suggestive selling to introduce guests to menu items, drinks, specials, and additional playing time when appropriate Keep tables, golf bays, and service areas clean, organized, and welcoming Process guest payments accurately and efficiently Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, hosts, caddies (bussers), and managers Assist with private parties, group outings, special events, and high-volume shifts Address guest questions or concerns with a helpful, professional attitude Follow all food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and company policies What It Takes to Succeed Guest Focus You notice the details, anticipate what guests may need, and make each group feel like their visit matters. Team Mentality Shooters is a large, fast-moving venue. Great service depends on employees communicating, supporting one another, and working together throughout the shift. Energy and Organization You can balance several tables or bays, keep orders accurate, and maintain a positive attitude when the venue gets busy. Reliability Your guests and teammates count on you to arrive on time, come prepared, and follow through on your responsibilities. Physical Requirements This is an active position in a large restaurant and entertainment venue.

Servers must be able to:

Remain on their feet and walk throughout most of the shift Frequently bend, reach, carry, and move between indoor and outdoor service areas Safely carry food, beverages, trays, and other restaurant items Maintain a steady pace during busy shifts and large events Work in changing indoor and outdoor temperatures when serving patio or outdoor bay areas Why Work at Shooters Golf? Compensation:
