Responsibilities:

Prepare tables with attention to cleanliness and sanitation Greet guests warmly upon arrival and seat them comfortably Present menus, answer questions, and assist customers in selecting food and drinks Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar staff, and management Address customer concerns or complaints with patience and professionalism Handle cash transactions responsibly Maintain a clean and safe dining environment Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server or in customer service preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting Responsible, trustworthy, and attentive to detail Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus
