Responsibilities Serve legal documents such as subpoenas, summonses, complaints, and other court-related papers to individuals at their residences, workplaces, or designated locations. Maintain detailed records of each service attempt, including dates, times, locations, and outcomes of deliveries. Follow all legal guidelines and protocols related to process serving to ensure compliance and avoid disputes or delays Qualifications Prior experience as a courier or in a similar delivery role is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliveries efficiently.. Ability to navigate local areas confidently using maps or GPS technology. Attention to detail for accurately documenting service attempts and maintaining records. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; reliable transportation is essential..
