Hours:

Closed Mondays, Tues-Sun 4pm-9pm Great place to work. Must know/ have experience with Italian cuisine and fine dining style restaurants.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Skills:

• Previous experience in food service or bartending preferred
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
• Strong math skills for accurately calculating customer tabs and making change
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive experience for guests
