Responsibilities Deliver food orders quickly and accurately from the kitchen to guests' tables, ensuring presentation standards are met. Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area. Assist servers with food handling, refilling drinks, and providing attentive guest service when needed. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and floors to uphold health and safety standards. Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation or bussing tasks as required, ensuring smooth restaurant operations. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders or assist with guest transactions when necessary. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs proactively. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Knowledge of food handling safety practices and food safety regulations. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout shifts. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
