Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring guests feel valued throughout their visit Assist with food handling, sanitation, and general restaurant maintenance to uphold health standards Support host/hostess duties when necessary Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast and Skytab Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Previous experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles within the food industry is highly desirable Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling tasks Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is advantageous for understanding food preparation processes Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact with guests seamlessly Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
