Busser / Food Runner - Anthony's Seafood Anthony's Seafood is hiring a Busser/Food Runner to help keep our dining room clean, our tables turning, and our seafood getting to guests hot, fresh, and correct. You'll work closely with servers and the kitchen and play a big part in making every visit a great one. What you'll do Run food from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately, using table and seat numbers. Check plates against tickets before they leave the pass, paying close attention to modifications and allergy requests, especially shellfish and fish allergies. Set tables with the right tools for the order, such as crackers, picks, bibs, shell bowls, and extra napkins. Clear plates and shells between courses, and bus and reset tables quickly and thoroughly after guests leave. Refill water and drinks, bring bread, condiments, and lemons, and support servers wherever needed. Keep service stations, the pass, and the dining room clean and stocked, and help with opening and closing duties. Flag timing issues, errors, or guest concerns to the kitchen, expo, or manager. What we're looking for Energy, speed, and a sharp eye for detail in a fast-paced environment. Ability to carry multiple plates and full bus tubs safely and stay on your feet for a full shift. A friendly attitude and good communication with both front- and back-of-house teams. Experience is a plus but not required; we'll train the right person. Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays.
