The Busser/ Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a collaborative team setting. Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Assist with food preparation and handling, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Support the waitstaff by providing assistance with bussing tables and refilling drinks as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests. Communicate effectively with both guests and team members to enhance guest services. Skills Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling standards.
