Job Description
Overview We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction in our establishment. Duties
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver orders to tables promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Provide menu recommendations and answer inquiries about menu items
- Process payments using cash registers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills
- Willingness to assist team members as needed
- Familiarity with sales techniques and guest relations is a plus
