Server - Mews Tavern, Wakefield, RI Mews Tavern is a longtime Wakefield favorite, known for its friendly, lively atmosphere and its big craft beer list. We're looking for upbeat, dependable servers to join our front-of-house team. What you'll do Greet guests warmly and give friendly, attentive service from start to finish Know the menu and beer list well enough to answer questions and make recommendations Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system Serve food and drinks promptly, and check back throughout the meal Serve alcohol responsibly and check IDs Handle payments, including cash and card, accurately Keep your section, side stations and service areas clean, stocked and organized Work closely with the kitchen, bar, hosts and food runners, especially on busy nights Follow all food safety, sanitation and company standards What we're looking for Previous serving experience preferred, but we'll train the right person At least 18 years old to serve alcohol Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude Able to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced setting Available nights, weekends and holidays Able to stand and walk for long shifts and lift up to 25-30 lbs Craft beer knowledge is a plus

Pay:

$3.89 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 25.0 per week
