Job Description
Job Summary Servers greet and seat guests, answer phones, take reservations, point guests to the website for take-out orders, run food, bus tables, make cocktails and complete side-work, which does include filming reels. You must be knowledgeable in gluten free and vegan dining, understand how to maintain/grow clientele and work closely with others, as we pool tips and help each other with every table, so being a team player is a must. Kindness is pertinent and you must have a willingness to be able to help cover shifts, the ability to come into each shift you are scheduled for and the understanding that appointments or personal activities should be scheduled on nonworking days, as this is only a part time weekend position. We do not hire seasonally and have a major focus on hiring as locally as possible. The goal is for our staff to stay for a minimum of one year, but of course, the more the better, so if you're a job hopper, please move on. This team is very fun, but extremely focused and understands that when it's busy, they've got to lock in. We are a very accepting space, so you must be LGBTQIA friendly and accepting of those with dietary restrictions. Think you got what it takes to work here on Friday, Saturday and Sunday?
