Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards for fine dining and casual settings Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card payments, and upselling opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety regulations Assist in food preparation and beverage service, including cocktail mixing and spirits knowledge to enhance guest enjoyment Support guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Skills Extensive experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Proven ability to upsell menu items to increase sales while providing genuine recommendations Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment Food handling certification and understanding of sanitation practices in the food industry Previous restaurant or food service experience in fine dining or casual settings preferred Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong guest relations abilities Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
