Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all customers receive outstanding service in a friendly and efficient manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Golf 365 POS system. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to assist guests in making informed choices. Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Process payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash transactions responsibly. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions. Experience with upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to sanitize work areas effectively. Proficient in using Golf 365 POS or similar point-of-sale systems for order management. Previous experience in food service and bartending is preferred. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
