Job Description

Job Summary:
Join the Wild Wing Cafe team as a Server/To Go staff member in a cool and upbeat atmosphere. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, great interpersonal skills, and a guest-oriented mindset to guide guests through our menu and suggestively sell food and beverages.
Qualifications:
Positive attitude Great interpersonal skills Ability to be patient and have a guest-oriented mindset Ability to learn the computer system/POS navigation Knowledge and comprehension of beer, wine, and spirits Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 lbs Flexibility and availability to work AM, PM, and weekend shifts Must have reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
Guide guests through the menu and suggestive selling Perform a variety of side work tasks Learn the computer system/POS navigation Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience Handle monetary transactions accurately
Additional Information:
- Open interviews on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 2 PM - 4 PM. Bring documents to complete the Form I-9 if selected after the interview (passport, driver's license, and Social Security card).
