In this vital role, you will support the smooth operation of our culinary and housekeeping departments by maintaining pristine dining and kitchen areas, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring all spaces meet the highest standards of hygiene and organization. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations through thorough cleaning and sanitation practices Assist with food preparation tasks, including basic cooking, plating, and buffet setup to support culinary staff Buss tables efficiently by clearing dishes, resetting tables, and ensuring a tidy dining environment for guests Support catering and banquet events by setting up tables, serving food, and managing cleanup afterward Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards at all times Collaborate with restaurant staff to deliver excellent food service and hospitality to guests Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are properly stored, cleaned, and maintained for optimal operation Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Experience in bussing, food preparation, or banquet service is a plus Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues in a fast-paced setting Basic culinary knowledge or kitchen experience is beneficial but not mandatory Willingness to learn new skills related to catering, serving, and hotel operations Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
