Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as shift4 ensuring all special requests are noted Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Assist with food handling, sanitation, and kitchen support as needed to maintain cleanliness and efficiency Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering and processing payments accurately Support guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Collaborate with team members during busy hours, including bussing tables, resetting stations, and supporting host/hostess duties when necessary Qualifications Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Previous experience in serving, bartending, or host/hostess roles is highly desirable Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in fast-paced environments.
