Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Serve food and beverages promptly, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently Demonstrate knowledge of food industry trends, wine pairings, and beverage service techniques Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction Requirements Previous food service experience in restaurants or fine dining environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with POS systems is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and process sales efficiently Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for billing, change calculation, and order accuracy Food handling certification or knowledge of sanitation standards preferred Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required Nightclub or hospitality experience is a plus for energetic environments like bars or lounges Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
