Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience Process cash and card transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in sales and tips Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas including tables, bar, and service stations Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine pairings, spirits, and menu options based on guest preferences Ensure guest relations are positive by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is highly desirable Experience with cocktail preparation and beverage service including spirits knowledge is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests confidently and professionally Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience working in nightlife environments such as nightclubs or bars is advantageous Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities Hospitality background with experience in guest relations or host/hostess roles is beneficial Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
