Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Food Runner to join our dynamic team. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service. This position requires a keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner. Ensure that all food orders are accurate and presented beautifully. Assist servers by providing support during busy periods, including refilling drinks and clearing tables. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines at all times. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly. Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for all guests. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. A background in food preparation or cooking is beneficial but not mandatory. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
